Audrey is a Los Angeles native and first-generation Latina. Often memorable, she is known for her charismatic stage presence as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, sales trainer, and Sales Enablement thought leader. Her career has spanned several industries over the last 15 years but her advocacy and mission of breaking barriers to belonging has remained a throughline in every venture and company.
Audrey fostered the StartUp tech community in Downtown LA as an early community builder for the first coworking spaces. She was a founding member of the Fashion Tech Non-Profit: Grid110, and partnered with Mayor Garcetti’s office through StartUpDTLA to “fill the skyline” with tech companies.
Audrey is a dedicated advocate for Women in Tech and Diversity & Inclusion
Her efforts to support Women in Tech and Diversity & Inclusion work for BIPOC women in corporate environments through Worthy Women took her to the stages of Mattel, SXSW, MTV, and Nasdaq. She hosted the popular podcasts: Women of Worth & Brown Girls Rising for several years in partnership with NYLON Español.
She currently enables Sales and Leadership teams for high-impact GTM (go-to-market) launches and team transformations. Her operational prowess and strategic mind have helped companies sustainably scale teams and processes in hyper-growth periods. Audrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Long Beach, earned her Paralegal certificate from UC Irvine and is currently enrolled in law school.

I have had the honor of being the opening speaker for the Women of Mattel conference delivering an hour long keynote entitled ‘Dirty to Worthy’. I’ve also delivered keynotes at Swimlessons for MAGIC about living your purpose with the speech: “My Business is My Spiritual Practice”, and the state of Los Angeles tech at Gov2.0 among others.
